Description

Small, flat, open-weave basket described as a "hand bag." Looks to be woven of strips of bark; some strands are lateral, cross strands are horizontal and diagonal. The shape is flat and square, but flared out at the opening. Braided strands of bark are sewn in scallops at the edge, but are mostly broken off. Post-Contact.
