Description

Model of Chinook canoe carved from solid cedar (?) piece. Decorated with traditional coast indian formlines (along length of each side) and solid areas (at either end) of red and black/blue paint. Bow carved in the shape of an animal head. Two small nail holes and cracks on the top of the stern; small nail in end of stern. Small chips and wearing on length of both sides. Paint is discolored, especially on top side of model. \\ Post-Contact.
