Description

Model of Haida canoe carved from solid cedar piece. Bow and stern carved to raised "V" shapes; bottom is flat. Some light colored paint along edges that is chipped and faded. Inside of canoe is decorated with red triangle shapes: two each at the insides of the bow and stern, and two each on either side of inside of canoe. Two nails in top of bow. Post-Contact.
