Half of a pestle made of light grey stone with white inclusions. The pestle tapers from a wider center toward a narrower, rounded end. The center has a smooth, flat break with a few flakes missing around it. The end has a flake missing and evidence of usewear. The entire stone is smooth except where flakes have been removed. Accession File states: "6991 Stone Implements -- along Sanke (sic) River, Walla Walla County 5. pieces. C.O. Bunnell, May 13, 1934." Donor File states: "6991 Stone Implements - along Snake River, Walla Walla County 5 pieces."
