Japanese painting in ink and slight colors on silk, mounted as a hanging scroll. The scene depicted is of two men towing a boat upstream in a rainstorm, with slanting areas of rain on a steep hillside with two large trees. There are also misty hills in the background. Stamped with the artist's seal. Dimensions: entire scroll 85 1/2" x 25 3/4," painted image 47 1/2" x 19 3/4".
