A set of three Japanese paintings in ink on paper , mounted on hanging scrolls. The central and larger scroll depicts a long-nosed goblin called Tengu who is grimacing. The smaller side scrolls have calligraphy on them praising the patriarchs on Buddhism and Shinto. All three are stamped by the artist's seal and signed. Dimensions of the central scroll: entire scroll: 76 1/2" x 16," painted image: 54" x 12." Dimensions of the side scrolls: 76 1/2" x 9 7/8," painted image: 54" x 8."
