Small shirt/jacket made of silk with thread lining at top, with sleeves and hem of shirt are decorated with metal, red silk and gold thread. The color is a dark maroon and cloth is most likely cotton brocade. The design in material is flowers. The collar of the shirt is lined with rainbow like lines of thread; about 5.5 cm towards the shoulders on each side, there is a small vertical strip of the same type of thread decoration as found on collar. As for the decoration of the sleeves, first sewn on are the metal pieces that take a fan shape (top of fan pointing down). Then below the metal is a stripe of red silk that measures about 2.3 cm in width. Then, below this is another stripe of decorative gold thread measuring 2.5 cm in width, with a repetitious design of diamond shapes. This same formation of decoration is also found at the hem of the shirt. The shirt was hand sewn together with white thread. Display tag found with item states: "Isneg Woman's shirt-Jacket, Decorations from Aparri store."
