Bolo with a dark brown, hollowed bone grip which looks very much like highly grained wood. The bottom of the grip is a 6.5 cm metal segment with 4 incised bands a the top and bottom. The blade is a nearly rectangular piece of metal which widens at the tip and is rounded. One edge of the bolo is sharpened, the other is not. Artifact notes state: "Bolo is a native name in the Philippines: a long, rather heavy Philippine single-edged knife. Resembles a machete."
