Broken, dark grey, rectangular shaped adze. Flakes have been removed on most edges on both sides of the stone. Smaller flakes removed from the edges may indicate use wear. Artifact may be a chisel, according to Garth. Artifact notes state: "An adze is a cutting tool that has a thin arched blade sharpened on the concave side and set at right angles to the handle. Used primarily for rough-shaping wood."
